Delivery Charges & Information

Restrictions:
Currently we only deliver to postal addresses within the UK.
All packages must be shipped to the credit/debit card holders address.

• Shipping is charged at a flat rate as stated when you place your order.
• We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of recieving the order.
• The majority of orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class post. The Royal Mail aims to deliver the packages the next working day after we have despatched the order.
• Packages which are too large or are very heavy will be sent via Courier. Our courier aims to deliver the packages before 4pm the next working day after we have despatched the order.
• Valuable packages will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature. These will arrive before 1pm the day after we have despatched the order (excluding weekends).

Returns Policy

In order for us to be able to process your return as quickly and effectively as possible, please enclose a covering letter detailing the following:

• The fault of the item.
• The original invoice number shown on your recipt or invoice.
• Your contact details including address and telephone numbers (works, mobile etc).
• Details of any correspondence (name of person spoken to, copy of letter, copy of email).

The cost of return postage will be reimbursed in the instance of faulty or incorrect items, if requested in the covering letter, agreed by phone beforehand, and returned by Royal Mail First Class with Proof of Postage.
Proof of postage certificates are available free-of-charge from post offices, and avoid the need to use services like Signed for or Special Delivery. They ensure that, in the event of a missing parcel, you can prove it was posted to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have recieved an incorrect item by accident it should be returned unopened in the original packaging. If you have recieved an item that was faulty on delivery please return it in the condition it was received, in the original packaging with suitable packaging around it to prevent further damage whilst in transit.

Your Right to Cancel

If the products have been purchased for personal use, under the present EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the products within seven days of receipt of the products. The products must be returned unused in their original unopened packaging.

Our Returns Procedure

Upon receipt of your items it will be tested as soon as possible, and dealt with appropriately. Any goods that are tested and found to be in good working order will not be eligible for replacement, and will be returned. In some circumstances, it may be necessary for an item to be returned to the manufacturer. In these situations we will notify you of what is happening and expected timeframes where available. We must receive the faulty items before we can start the process of replacing them.
